Food was piping hot, generous portions (personally I would have liked a bit more sauce) however other than that I’ll definitely be ordering again

I haven't received my order which I ordered at 17.43 on Wednesday the 27th of December

Never received order since the shop was shut and yet the app still allowed order to go through. Huge letdown since it’s Xmas day. Will be disputing this charge

Pepperoni stuffed crust pizza was delicious and the donor burger also delicious 😋 super quick delivery

We all enjoyed out food arrived piping hot and everything was very fresh and tasted delicious

The food I ordered was good the only criticism is that I ordered additional olives at a cost of £1.99 and never received them on my pizza.

The food is always perfectly cooked. in over 10 years buying from Picasso's there definately number 1.

I absolutely love Picasso, the food is amazing at great prices. However I've noticed the delivery times are getting longer. My last 3 orders have taken over and hour and the latest one I waiting 1 hour and 40 minutes. I understand places are busy but the website states 40 minutes delivery time. That being said the food is amazing but definitely need to improve on the delivery service as that's putting me off ordering again.

About an hours wait for delivery, it was a Friday night so I knew it would be a while. Food was piping hot when delivered and portion size was massive!

Loads of stuff missing from my order and phoned up and guy was rude and offered me a free pizza lol , I just wanted my my order as I had paid for it never even offered me a refund an absolute joke of a place

The food was like it was left from yesterday. They frozen it and tried to recook it again with some extra spices. Not ordering again

I ordered a garlic chicken pizza and was sent a plain cheese one. As it took over an hour and I was especially hungry I ate it anyway but this is just the most recent problem in a growing list of issues so I doubt I’ll continue ordering from here.

Chicken Pakora was lovely but pizzas disappointing. Very doughy and a distinct lack of pepperoni.
